Elmwood Park Group Home

Elmwood Park Group Home is a residence for six individuals with developmental disabilities providing personal care, nursing, habilitation, supportive counseling and social services.

Bergenfield Group Home

The Bergenfield Group Home is a community respite facility providing temporary placements to persons who are eligible for services through the Division of Developmental Disabilities to accommodate their families for vacations, hospital stays, or emergencies. Services are available to individuals from anywhere in the state.

Haworth Group Home

Haworth Group Home is a barrier free residence for six individuals. This specialized home serves individuals with hearing impairments and other developmental disabilities. The home provides personal care, nursing, habilitation, supportive counseling and social services.

Highwood Group Home

Highwood Group Home (located in Glen Rock, NJ) is a barrier free residence for six individuals. This specialized home serves residents who have medical involvements requiring on-site nursing care. The home provides personal care, habilitation, supportive counseling and social services.

Hillsdale Group Home

Hillsdale Group Home is a barrier free residence for six individuals with developmental disabilities providing personal care, nursing, habilitation, supportive counseling, and social services.

Northvale Group Home is a barrier free residence for six individuals with developmental disabilities providing personal care, nursing, habilitation, supportive counseling and social services.

Norwood Group Home

Norwood Group Home is a barrier free residence for six individuals with developmental disabilities providing personal care, nursing, habilitation, supportive counseling and social services.

Maywood Group Home

Maywood Group Home is a barrier free residence for six individuals with developmental disabilities providing personal care, nursing, habilitation, supportive counseling, and social services.

Wayne Group Home is a barrier free residence for six individuals with developmental disabilities providing personal care, nursing, habilitation, supportive counseling, and social services.

Paramus Group Home

Paramus Group Home is a residence for seven individuals with developmental disabilites providing personal care, nursing, habilitation, suppportive counseling and social services.

Apartments & Condominiums

Edison Condominium Program

The Edison Condominium Program is home to 10 individuals with various developmental disabilities. The condos are wheelchair accessible. In addition to 24-hour staffing, nursing and psychological services are available on site.

Rockleigh Apartments

Rockleigh apartments is a barrier free supervised apartment complex for 16 individuals with developmental disabilities providing personal care, nursing, habilitation and psychological behavioral services.

Closter Apartments

Closter apartments is a barrier free supervised apartment program for 16 individuals with developmental disabilities. This program provides 24 hour care including habilitation, nursing, personal care, supportive counseling and social services.

River Vale Apartments

The River Vale Apartments is a barrier free supervised apartment complex for 21 individuals with developmental disabilities. This program provides personal care, nursing, habilitation, supportive counseling and social services. This site also includes a supported living program for three individuals as well as two independent apartments housing four individuals.

Ringwood Apartments

The Ringwood Apartments is a barrier free supervised apartment complex for sixteen individuals with developmental disabilities. This program provides 24 hour personal care including habilitation, nursing, personal care, supportive counseling and social services.

Adult Training Centers

Carver Avenue Adult Training Center

A specialized day program designed for individuals with behavioral challenges providing specialty and supportive services. Program areas include music therapy, recreation, computer education, socialization, community integration, behavioral intervention and sensory integration activities.

Edison Adult Training Center

The Edison Adult Training Program provides traditional adult training services as well as a medical special needs component and a behavioral special needs component. The program offers music therapy, recreation, community integration, practical arts, crafts, computer training, community integration and sensory integration.

North Haledon Adult Training Center

The North Haledon Adult Training center provides computer training, practical arts, music therapy, recreation, contract work, crafts, socialization, music therapy, recreation, and community integration. The center has a special needs component for individuals with behavioral challenges that provide behavioral supports, psychological services and occupational therapy.

Ringwood Adult Training Center

The Ringwood Adult Training Center provides traditional and medical special needs programs. The center provides traditional day program options along with music therapy, recreation, computer training, and community integration activities. Nursing and clinical services are provided to special needs participants.

Westwood Adult Training Center

The Westwood Adult Training Center provides training in community integration, computers, practical arts, music therapy, recreation, crafts and contract work. Nursing services, physical and occupational therapies, speech pathology, feeding therapies, sensory integration, recreation, and related services are also provided.

Teaneck Adult Training Center

The Teaneck ATC includes four (4) program components: Traditional Adult Training, Special Needs Adult Training, Community Integration and Adult Day Health Care. The Adult Day Health Care provides services to individuals with medical needs including music therapy, recreation, nursing, rehabilitation, clinical services and socialization.The two Adult Training components are traditional and special needs. The special needs component is designed for individuals who are wheelchair bound, have ambulation problems or have medical concerns. Services include traditional day program services combined with physical, occupational and speech therapies, nursing services, and sensory integration programs. Spectrum Community Integration Program (SCIP) is the fourth component at the TATC. The program provides individual and group placements in competitive employment.
