Spectrum offers a wide variety of career and volunteer opportunities in Bergen, Passaic, and Middlesex counties in New Jersey.
 
Employees at all levels are the lifeline of the agency and Spectrum offers a comprehensive benefit package (for full time employees) which includes health, life and dental insurance.
